The Wet & Dry Compact Powder is a compact powder that can be applied both dry and wet. Thanks to its particularly silky texture, it is easy to apply and provides a smooth, velvety finish. The texture also mattifies the complexion. Apply the powder to the skin dry or wet. For full coverage, moisten the included latex sponge with water and apply the product, starting in the center of the face and working outwards. To set your natural look or foundation, use a powder brush. Rinse the sponge after each use. Ensure the sponge is completely dry before placing it back in its packaging.
