This serum was developed to soothe skin irritated by UV rays and other external factors. It consists of 50 percent green tea and 30 percent mugwort to intensely moisturize and calm the skin. In addition, 5% panthenol forms a gentle moisture barrier that protects the skin from irritation. After using the toner morning and evening, gently apply 2-3 drops to the entire face and pat in lightly.
